This game will go as our O Line goes. If they can open a running lane or form a pocket - we can run or pass.

Frankly, that sounds silly and simple - but it is the truth of our offensive woes.

Honestly we should roll all over the Cardinals. If we don't win this game handily I'll be concerned. I also won't get overly excited and optimistic if we do beat them, because we should. When we beat a good team then I'll be happy.

Sam Baker looked awful though. He was getting bull rushed all game and driven back in pass-protection and run blocking. I really don't know what we are going to do with him if he doesn't improve. Moving him to RT isn't an option because he never was that good of a run blocker, his strength was supposed to be pass blocking.

I was really vexed at why we didn't try more plays with Norwood Sunday, we finally have him healthy and we were struggling at times to move the ball...

...damnit! get old school skinny out there and let's get something started!

Pittsburgh really dominated our O-line all game. I really think for Ryan to develop we NEED to address the O-line. Did you guys see the stats on the Pitt O-line?? They were HUGE, outweighing our average D-line by like 20-30LBs!!! I would love to see some big strong blocking O-linemen for the Falcons brought in over the next 1-2 years, so we NEVER have to worry if Ryan will get time, or Turner will get a lane.

Ignorance can be educated.....Stupidity is to the bone.

These 'look to correct' statements are real close to BS unless we play the same team again next week and can really test ourselves....
We're gonna see a totally different team with totally different coaches, etc....
So...if the Cards suck, will our problems be corrected?......no, it's just because they suck worse than we do.

Bring on the Steelers again...then we might know something.

historically we're not good against the 3-4. that's known already, i was hoping that we'd improve, but as of the game sunday we haven't, or didn't show that we have.

I'm concerned about baker too. hopefully we're grooming some young OL guys to step into some voids we have, literally!

what is going to be available at left tackle in this years draft, anyone? just curious

Chew on THAT, Petunia!
