Falcons headlines at top: Problem

Alright, so I've had the issue where I was getting ads instead of headlines, now I have a whole new issue. Lately, the headlines pop up when I get the site first loaded, then quickly disappear. It's been happening the last month or two. Happens even when my pop up blocker is turned off. I read those a lot, so I was wondering if anyone else had this issue?

It's not there, at all after it disappears. Any solutions?

I haven't had any issues, I use Google Chrome on 3 different computers with AdBlock Plus Beta and both English subscriptions turned on. I would suggest running Malwarebytes and/or Spybot and making sure you don't have any infections.

No infections. I'm using the latest version of Firefox as well. I'm not sure what the problem is :/

I use Google Chrome with Adblock Plus and have no problems seeing the links.

No problems here with any of that, but the snow seems to slow things down a bit.

Tried everything and can't get it to work. No viruses or spyware. Pop-up bocker isn't doing it. Not sure.
