I have to say that at least we have the players here and they are established. The players know what they like and don't like and they will voice their opinion on what worked with MM and what didn't. We have many vets on this team and Pro Bowl potential. Anyone would wet their pants to coach the offense here.

I've spent about 2 hours reading everything on him. The only thing I can complain about is that he is from Jax. His talent pool revolved around one player, MJD. His philosophy may work here, and we have the players to do it. I just didn't want us to grab the first person we interviewed, but typically, that's how the process works. We see it every year.

I thought we interviewed multiple HC candidates? And we tried the Parcells thing before TD.

you know there are some guys that marry the first girl they fuck/date and are happy for the rest of their lives. sometimes you don't have to plow 50+ chicks to find the right one.

BVG wasn't an unkown and certainly MM wasn't. your statement is contrary to reality. we went with the unkown in mike smith and he brought in knowns.
