Dirk never did have a lot of talent to work with in his four years as the OC at Jax. I'm not defending him because I don't know how he calls plays, gameplans, etc. Just saying that he never had a lot of talent to work with.

How was the guy in college? What's his style? Fill me in on the guy

He actually makes the best argument against hiring him in that interview:

The best coaches out there, no matter what level they are coaching, can adjust to their player’s strengths.
