Why don't you put "I hate Robinson" in your signature? you know you want to.

Since when did pointing out a player's poor play mean you hate them? I've seen the numbers, he leads the team in missed tackles, and BVGs scheme isn't to blame when we've had another CB put up ridiculous coverage numbers in it.

I wouldn't say that BVG's scheme is to blame BUT I will say that BVG's scheme is more suited for Grimes than it is Robinson. I think its a small part of why we franchised Grimes. It's best practice to see how Grimes operates in a more aggressive defense as opposed to the zone happy defense we were in previously

2 different players with two completely different sklill sets. Dunta needs to disrupt the WR at the line of scrimmage and was never allowed to. Grimes is built to play zone.

I think I may be the only Dunta fanboy around but I'm willing to claim that spot now. He restructured when we needed him to and passed on bonus money and hits like a safety.

These two factors show me he is a team guy and he wants to play hard since he puts his body at risk all the time on the field.

If Nolan uses him to his strengths he will be worth his contract.

Dunta hardly excelled with Houston. Color me surprised if switch to a more press man scheme turns him into a good CB. I'm almost certain the thought process behind us getting him was that TD was familiar with him from his scouting days in NE and figured he would fit in better in our scheme than the one he was doing poorly with in Houston.
