Falcons: Will Friday Night Lights be televised?

i thought they cant televised practices, and accordign to the rules, scrimmage games are also concern as practice. so would it be against the rules if they televised the game on any local channels?

Well much to my displeasure, when I got there at 6:30 (I thought I was early), the entire home stand was jam packed. So myself, one of my buddies, and Phocis sat on the visitors side. I got a couple of main guys like Ovie, Chauncey Davis and Corey Peters...BARELY missed out on Abraham and SS Babineaux. But it was mostly practice squad guys. I got Bear's autograph and he is probably one of my favorite players now. Just because he was heading back to the rest of the team and we were all screaming for him and I was in my Air Force uniform (not because I wanted to show off, but because had I went home and changed, I wouldnt have made it in time), and he came running back over and was like "oh man I gotta at least sign one for y'all", so he hooked me and my buddy up. Really cool guys they have on the PS. Of course all of the big named guys like Ryan, and Grimes, and all those guys were at the home stand side, but it was just a fun experience to be there to see these guys in person. Some were bigger than I expected them to be, and some were MUCH shorter than I thought.

Yea, he seemed to be moving just fine.

And, really it was just a practice. Smitty said why it wasn't going to be a scrimmage and it was because of the limitations of the CBA. So I'm not sure exactly if it was because of new terms or because of the lack of practices they've had. Either way, I enjoyed being out there and seeing them on the field doing drills and such.

When they showed it last year, the camera angle was terrible and Fred Kahlil(sp?) talked over it the entire time awkwardly, and did pointless interviews most of the time; This year apparently the new CBA has made Friday night lights, a thing of the past in a few years( yea I know that sounds odd with the time paradox).
