We need to continue to bring talent in... But for me.. Its the coaching... Coach Smith is a good HC... We need aggressive Coordinators tho

Smith isn't aggressive so why would he get aggressive coordinators. I want them gone man, especially TD. The only guys I'd still want here are the position coaches. In fact promote them! Move the WR or RB coach to OC and our DL or LB coach to DC. Make Boudreau the HC. I'm down with that. Oh yeah! Move Les Snead to GM!!!
