Falcons: We really do need a strong and full draft this year.

We need DT help in the worst possible way. We get zero push from the middle, which is why we can't generate sacks AND why our run defense sucks. I see NT being the weaker link there, though I think they've had Babs playing the nose lately -- I think he's better suited to rush from the UT position. Robertson is a good prospect at the nose and Walker is solid. When your best 2 young prospects are 7th rounders, it's time to re-address the position early.

The UT position looks worse on paper, with Jerry backing up Peters, but switch that to Babs and Peters and all of a sudden it looks pretty damn good. And Peters is flexible enough to play end in 3-4 looks.

As I see it, we ought to draft a versatile space eater in rounds 1 or 2. A guy who can be a penetrating beast in the 4-3 and a 2 gap block eater in the 3-4.
