It just never stops. Mark Schlereth just said the Saints will score 40 on the Falcons.

I can confirm this. I listen to ESPNChicago regularly and all season the Chicago people have been saying "I'm not impressed with the Falcons, they haven't played anyone." They've picked us to lose to the Eagles, Cowboys, and now the Saints.

Also, could you kindly point out below the "each and every week" improvement you have been seeing from the Saints' defense? I just can't find it.

Wk 1: 459 yds, 40 pts
Wk 2: 463 yds, 35 pts
Wk 3: 510 yds, 27 pts
Wk 4: 421 yds, 28 pts
Wk 5: 427 yds, 24 pts
Wk 6: bye
Wk 7: 513 yds, 28 pts
Wk 8: 530 yds, 34 pts
Wk 9: 447 yds, 13 pts

Maybe you were simply thinking of the "improvement" shown in Week 6?

If you had watched every minute of every Saints game this you would be able to acknowledge the improvement. Numbers do not always tell the real story. Once again, the defense is still not good at all, but it hasn't been good for the past six years and the Saints have still managed to win 10 of 12 versus the Falcons over that stretch.

I saw the game against the Broncos and the Eagles. There has been no improvement from the early season games against the Chiefs and Redskins (which I saw both of) If the Eagles were so turnover prone they would have put up 30 points.

It's possible. But I think they'll score 35.

And the Broncos and Eagles are FAR superior to the Chiefs and Redskins, right? Were you aware of the fact that the eagles ran 17 plays inside the 20 and only gain yardage on one of those? That's where the improvement has been most apparent. Still not good, but I feel good enough to beat the Falcons in the Dome on Sunday.
