I am going to go ahead and be excited about him, but I'll give your warnings their proper weight. Very little.

I'd like to know, too. Good question. I know Marques Colston didn't get his third 100 yard game until game eight, although he did get 169 the next game.

Do you know where to find that out?

I'll see what I can find out by looking at the best rookie seasons. I would imagine Randy Moss is probably one.

Actually, Randy Moss, considered to have the best rookie season by any receiver ever, only had one 100 yard game in his first 10 games.

He finally managed to find the end zone on a couple of walk ins. I'd like to see him do it as advertised in traffic against a real defense. He may end up being the greatest ever. Who knows? But all I am saying is temper expectations based upon the disaster known as the Colts.

A "couple walk ins"???? Did you see his first TD? It was in triple coverage and diving into the endzone catching the ball at its lowest point with one arm.

The second one was a 5 yard slant catch then 75 yard run juking the safeties out of their jocks.

Yes the Colts suck, but that didn't play into these TDs.

Okay, one walk in. Still it would be interesting on others with 100 games early.

I can't find another WR that even had two 100 yard games in their first 6. Still looking though.

AJ Green has two. There was a guy that played for Green Bay in 1952 that might have done it, but there are no game logs available that I can find.

Okay, who has the bucks to hire the Elias Sports Bureau?

Yep We played him that year his rookie year in the NFC Championship game against the Vikings in 1998. He was good and we won. Smile Randy has 1313 yards that year for a rookie. Wink
