if all of the next three games AREN"T against rookie QB's, then one of them would be against a has been. although Houston really doesn't have time to bring in someone for this weeks game, or at least i wouldn't think so

I was actually thinking Jacksonville might try to bring in a vet now that they will have a different coach.

Also, injuries happen, and Jacksonville or Carolina could have their rookie go down.

Being quite the stat geek, I actually did know most of that. Awesome stuff. I wanted to add to this one because the Falcons are actually on quite an amazing streak.

The Falcons have held each of the last 7 opponents at least 3.5 points under their season averages, and on average more than a TD under their season average.

In the last 6 games, the Falcons have held all 6 opponents under their season yardage total, and an average of 70 yards under their average yardage totals.

No, I don't see them doing anything the rest of the year unless its 100% necessary. Now with the info about the team being sold and coach fired, they won't sell many tickets now. Not like they were before though...

Anyway, they are gonna stay in a holding pattern until the new owner comes in and stirs things up after the season.

Yea, but it affected every team differently. One of the biggest fallout for the Falcons was Ryan and White not working together enough in the offseason like they did the previous offseason. It wasn't until recently that White began getting his head straight and their chemistry improved.
