Seconded.

I actually wanted McDaniels despite his horrible showing this year. I'm up for anyone who can spread out a D and utilize multiple options.

Friedgen is a lot safer bet than Clements. Clements obviously has had success as a QB coach, which may or may not be his doing, but the only time he has ever held the title of OC, Mularkey was his boss. And they both got fired because they had a crappy offense.

It could happen. Not only is Friedgen currently unemployed, but he lives in Atlanta. I would think he would be a guy that would be taken under consideration.

TD has got to DEMAND we get a new OC. I don't give a rat's arse if MM gets a HC job or not first; we either get a new OC that has some imagination and can use the personnel well that we have and will continue to get, or I am done being much of a supporter for this team. I'll join the rrest of the 'casual fans' that others make fun of Atlanta for having. It ain't worth the utter aggravation to watch this same crap season after season.

And TD needs to plug some personnel holes THIS off-season. Period.

I remember we had this discussion few years ago when this staff was being put together. My reason may sound stupid but I believe it is true; it's his weight. I totally agree that it's stupid but this regime and Blank are too image-conscious to hire him. He'd be an awesome OC though.
