Guys I'm just wondering when that pass rush is going to materialize, that solid push up the middle. You see it once or twice a game and poof...we do well when QB's hold the ball too long but against elite QB's...ouch.

Then Smith just treats it like "ho hum" LOL!!! Its almost as if he just says, "Oh well, they're just a better team."

I don't know what Mike Smith can do about it. Babs, Abe, Edwards.......these guys are suppose to be very good football players. At some point they have to do their jobs in a big game.

I think Edwards is not that good for one and Babineaux...I don't know. Abraham has almost no help. Chipped regularly, you have to have another threat across the way and we have nothing but clones one another on that opposite side.

Smith and the Falcons as a whole are an organisation that won't deal with team business in public. I don't think that is such a bad thing. I rather that than Rex Ryan like spouting or rants.

On a side note 117 yards is what our number 2 needs to break 1000. The potent offense is there it now need to consistent.

If we had another Brent Grimes on the side of Dunta Robinson it would help tremendously since our pass rush can't get to Brees. Brent Grimes is a baller.

Well, the offense wasn't bad tonight. The defense was a little weak in the middle.

Can't settle for FG's, have to score TD's. Offense was moving but that's not good enough if you cant end with TD's. Defense was atrocious on 3rd downs, we stop them on half of the 3rd downs then it's a totally different ball game.

I love Smitty, but his team plays scared. If there is one thing that I don't like about Mike Smith is the lack of intensity, and sense of urgency this team plays with in big games. The Aint's claimed to piss on our logo and we let them come in our house and win. Then we go to their house and they make a spectacle out our team. Sad thing is, Smitty will just stick to the script and let the Aints humiliate us again in the playoffs.

I want Smitty to be our coach and to succeed but he has to get this team ready on gameday. This game was too important to show up like they had the week off and were still full from Xmas dinner. He should apologize for this performance.

Yup, Smitty is the type of guy that'll say we'll get em next year, we'll work hard in the offseason to improve, etc... I want to see some fire and anger sometimes.
