no one hits 100% on their picks, true. also true, Holmes could turn out to be the best in the league for years to come and adams could be out of the league next year, who knows.....these are true statements. we could go on and on about this high draft bust and this UDFA that made the probowl almost every year of his career. thing is no one knows at all. maybe him saying he 'learned his lesson' don't mean anything, maybe it does.....

i'm just at a point with this years draft, with exception of Konz and ewing, totally UNDERWHELMED. you don't like it, i don't care. but i'll gladly accept being wrong it if turns out that way if we win the SB this year

You haven't stirred up anything man. I'm just telling you what I dislike just like u r. My point is that projections are just that but we are dealing with 32 different mindsets, playbooks, and schemes and within each of the 32 teams we have about 10+ people putting input in about this player and that with ultimately 4 of those 10 making the final decision. The projections of these websites or Mel Kiper or whomever are they personally see it as and is not the consensus of every team.

This is why I hate "we could have gotten this player and that player later on" because nobody ever knows how the Seahawks may project this player or the 49ers, etc.

The general consensus may be he's a 6th round player but all you need is 1 team to think otherwise and jump ahead. If you want him go get him...that's how I see it.

I remember how everybody was cursing the hell out of Jeff Fisher for taking Chris Johnson in the 1st round when he was projected 3rd or 4th round. A 2000 yard season later and its never spoken of again.

I say this because I think it's pointless to feel underwhelmed based on another persons projections. I could understand if these projections were your own personal one but all youre doing is reading what another person wrote and TD is depending on his own research. I'm not trying to be offensive in anyway btw...jmo
