Understood.

But understand this - Last year the Chiefs lost the opener at home to the Buffalo Bills 41-7, and in that game, the Chiefs actually had two high calibre NFL cornerbacks. Whereas yesterday, the Chiefs had no starting calibre NFL CBs.

The Broncos game is going to tell us a lot more about this team than we learned yesterday, on both sides of the ball.

Yep, if we can play great ball against Denver, then I'll be excited...although I thought we'd come out slower on both sides of the ball, I still felt like this would be a win

Luckily quality of opponent doesn't matter in the NFL. A win is a win.

Playing Denver at home on Monday night with renewed excitement from fans. Feels good to me.

Right on time with this post. Making halftime adjustments...yeah" I didn't know we where allowed either. Big Grin I understand it was the first game of the season, but I have a great feeling about this year.

They were in nickel most of the game- only had 11 snaps

Abe talks about the Chiefs/Broncos

Apparently, it wasn't really a scheme adjustment in the second half, here is a link with Abe talking about how they simply were not executing in the first half.
