LOL!!! It sums TD up real quick. I mean. Who keeps everything such a huge secret and bombs, only to create a new catch phrase for his talent search year after year. System Specific, Urgency, Violence, then Explosiveness and then the team basically looks the same year after year. Wins across the board (way too close to win an SB TBH) but still nonsensical picks and pick-ups.

Joe, even when Dimitroff grabbed Baker by moving up in 1st round - he did not exactly brag about the move saying something to the effect(from memory) "ideally you would pick this player with one of our 2nd round picks".

I don't think Dimitroff is so full of himself that he would not admit that Baker needs upgading. Remember Falcons were looking at Carimi if they did not move up for Julio - so said Dimitroff..

Yes, Baker is the first, true bust of the TD era. Chevis Jackson was pretty bad, but he was just a 3rd rounder.

Got to run a different O with this line- go 3 wide, spread the field, let Ryan call it from the LOS.

If Hawley and Reynolds pick up their games [reasonable to assume to players starting their 3rd game will get better], Baker can be hidden better.

its hard to hide a Left Tackle. There is a reason that Left Tackles that are really good make more money than all other positions except QB.

Not that it mattered though, he played just as below average as DeCoud normally does.

poor Oline play reflects poor play-calling. case in point, after Ryan took over he didn't get sacked again. M calls plays, we saw turnovers and 3 & outs. Ryan calls the plays, we got 2 TD drives. but yeah Baker needs to be benched ... STAT!!

yea.. ive been holding hope for Baker but he is not taking the steps to be better.... Lets be fair... The man faced2 of the top 5 pass rushing DE's in the league (Peppers and Coles) ....

We cant let Matt Ryan get hit like he is being hit tho
