Falcons: Rumors Moore wants to test free agency

He's got a side dream of a music career, so leaving the ATL seems like it would not be worth it to him either way. I think we resign him at a legitimate price.

If we don't use the franchise tag on him, who so we target with it? If we aren't using it otherwise, I say we throw it on TG, just to make our intentions 100% clear (and make KC have to give us a pick in order to sign him to a 1-day contract and retire.... He retires a Falcon!). ;p
