On top of that, he has a ton of integrity and character, which causes him to treat people decently. A person with just one of those attributes is a strong leader, but it is rare to find someone with both.

Humility does not interfere with leadership ability. It strengthens the leader's credibility, because you know they are being real.

he does indeed treat people decent, and does seem to have character, however, sometimes that is not enough to inspire men. what we might label these days as slobber knocking gladiators require a bit more ferocity out of their leader to inspire them. SEE ( The movie 300) .

Your right. MLKJR never inspired one million people to march either.

He had a dream . . . that the 2011-2012 Falcons' O-line would block better.

Yup. Just a dream.

I can't even take you halfway serious on that line. Have fun being inspired by a comic book movie loosely based on a group of people that spent a lot of time having their way with boys.

But yeah, yelling and screaming all rah-rah like has worked out so well for coaches. Mike Singletary demonstrated this perfectly. Bill Belichick and Mike Tomlin could learn a thing or two about leadership from Singletary and 300.

you shouldn't take everything so literal there bud. What i was simply trying to say is I would like to see more pronounced and assertive leadership and less bashful stuttering from the head coach.
