Smitty is one of the best leaders I have ever seen. The man is as solid as stone, through and through. On top of that, he has a ton of integrity and character, which causes him to treat people decently. A person with just one of those attributes is a strong leader, but it is rare to find someone with both.

Humility does not interfere with leadership ability. It strengthens the leader's credibility, because you know they are being real.
