EDIT: He finished directly behind the starters for the AFC. Six Chiefs players made the roster.

LMAO am I the only one who thinks it's funny that the chiefs have 3 times as many players in a the probowl as they do wins?

Chew on THAT, Petunia!

KC has a rabid fan base. I don't find it funny. I find it disgusting that a piece of shit team like that, in a terrible division, can get their starters into the pro bowl every year because the league thinks fan voting helps.

Fan voting doesn't help, it only exacerbates the problem of popularity, name recognition, and players that the media shows in highlights the most often (see Roddy vs. Julio) getting honored over premiere players who deserve some recognition for their hard work and play on the field.

Big Grin imagine if the falcons had 3 times as many players than wins. we would have over half the roster

Re: Pro Bowlers
All of this is why I stopped caring about the pro bowl long ago. The process is fundamentally flawed - voting of any kind had no place in sports, see BCS - and its not going to change (more likely to be eliminated than fixed).

They should really do some sort of grading procedure like PFF and set the roster based on that, but again, wishful thinking, not gonna happen. It will remain a popularity contest until it dies. My hope is that this year there will be no Falcons there because they are practicing for the big game.
