With no baby in it, its just an intimate object, not an expensive one either, out of the $1,500 damage $1,200 of it was SHOES that leaves only $300 to be divided amongst a flat screen t.v., Crib , and other assorted items.

the kid was in it? because otherwise, it doesn't change anything. like pauliwood said, it's an inanimate object. she could've cut up his fitted, just because his head occupies it sometimes doesn't mean she viciously meant to put his head in harms way...I don't know, I really don't see how anybody that's been in a serious relationship at a young age can truly look at this situation and say, "wow, that's someone I can judge because I've never done anything to this extent"
