Falcons: Our needs going into next year draft and FAs

Considering how much he got paid this year for barely playing, he should be open to a reasonable price for next year.

Things I would like to see happen:

Get Ben Tate.
Cut Turner.
Let TG go (via us winning a super bowl).
Abe retires because of said super bowl.
We start the move towards a 3-4 on defense and draft/sign players accordingly.
I guess we keep Baker if he looks the same all season.
Keep Moore.
Make a few minor splashes in FA.
Draft like a boss.
?????
Profit.
