No chatroom for me tonight...a few of my coworkers are meeting at a sports bar to watch the game.....

I have a special configuration in my viewing room and I have to spend most of the time either sitting on my special seat or at least standing in front of it. I won't it get in the way of total concentration. I'll pop in during commercials after the numerous Saints scores for sure.

Sorry guys, missed the chatroom, but I was wondering...did greedo stick his head in for all those one touchdowns and two field goals like he promised?

Nope. I was keeping my word and telling the truth like I always do. Unfortunately Brees did not cooperate. I kept waiting for that TD that didn't come. It was like he was feeling sorry for the Falcons players not getting many chance to catch the ball from Ryan so he thought he'd throw them a few himself.

Always a dig in there...it's ok. Matt knows how to throw 5 interceptions and still win.

Yeah, by playing against the Cardinals instead of y'all. And of course there will be digs.

I would expect no less, but give the Falcons defense their props. They intercepted Brees, he didn't throw it to them.

I need to go back and look, but I am pretty sure none of them were incredibly athletic plays a la Grimes. Before we go further on this subject let's do a little research and break it down.

The Atlanta defense gave up over 440 yards while the offense was held to their second lowest total of the season falling well short of 300 yards.

DeCoud's (the 1st one) and Moore's 2nd (the last one) were both really athletic. DeCoud's because he skied for the ball, and Moore because he ran all the way from center field to get it at the foul line.

The other 3 weren't all that impressive athletically, but the players were well positioned. Moore baited Brees into the throw on his 1st INT. Really, the only fluke of the official INTs was the one Weatherspoon got, when Sproles, I think, spotted up a volleyball set and Spoon just grabbed it out of the air.
