i think when Roddy said they had a "beef" it wasn't a serious rift...just more distance between him and Matt.

Watch the post game NFL discussion with matt and toddy when we slaughtered the jags. They seemed just fine to me.

The nature of Roddy's and Matt's relationship changed the second we drafted Julio.
With that being said, Roddy was still Ryan's Go-To receiver, even over TG. Look at the targets for the year. A new OC and QB coach will do us WONDERS this year, especially if we get Tom Clements. I know he hasn't proved anything from an OC perspective, but hasn't he worked with Favre and Rodgers now? Our team needs to take the next step.. and In order to do that we need two things: For Matt to truely become Elite, and our Defense to truely become Elite. Hopefully we get Spags and Clement/Billick |
