No one ever got 500 attempts in a season. Jamal Anderson set the NFL record in 98 with 410 attempts. The record is currently 416 by Larry Johnson in 2006. Jim Brown averaged about 263 attempts per season (albeit in 14 game seasons).

I do agree that Turner probably only has a couple of years left.

It's pretty amazing and sad where our team is. To think that after 45 years our team records are easily passed is crazy.

45 years of players and our 3rd year QB who missed games last season and hasnt even finished this year is in the top 5 all time stats... thats just outrageous.
