There are 15 more games to play, but if we don't shape up quick, fast, and in a hurry, we will dig ourselves an early season deficit that we won't be able to climb out of.

The only good thing about this game is that it is just one of 16 and our D Ends came to play. But if this game doesn't increase the microscope on our coaching while lighting a fire among our players, I don't know what will. Wasn't the Green Bay beatdown and all this talk about "We won't forget" supposed to the battle cry that accomplished that?

Ryan, the O Line, offensive playcalling, the secondary, Weems....it all stunk. Why is our offense continuing to look like garbage despite even better talent from last year? Why can't we piece together an O Line that can give Ryan more than 2 seconds to deliver the ball? Why, when given time, does Ryan still prefer to make safe choices and checkdown instead of taking some shots downfield? Why can't Mularkey develop an aggressive offensive playcalling approach with this talent? Why does our secondary (especially Dunta and Decoud, today) continue to get shredded? And wtf happened with pretty much everyone on special teams--especially Weems?

It's just Game 1, but Philly comes to town. They better figure some things out quick or things will be even uglier next week.
