So are the saints playing better or are the eagles just that bad?

The Saints have improved every week except for Denver. The defense is giving up yards between the 20's but is looking better in the red zone. The running game needed Ivory back involved. Both Graham and Colston are the healthiest they have been in weeks.

The Eagles are that bad. Good lord, I could smell their stink all the way in Illinois.

This is a rivalry game. It doesn't matter how good or bad one team is, these games are usually well fought and contested no matter what. I expect another close game.

RE: Let Falcons/Saints Hate Week Begin
The Eagles are just that bad. We beat them in Philly without them turning the ball over. They come back the next week and turn the ball over 7 times to the worst defense in the league.

The Falcons won't turn the ball over 7 times. We may not turn the ball over once. The Saints defense isn't suddenly going to go from 32nd to top 10. They are going from facing the most turnover prone team to the least.

Our defense has also been improving every game. We just held a top 5 offense to 1 TD and only got 1 sack and no interceptions. That's freaking impressive. And our offense just knows how to score when needed this year.

The Falcons just have something special this year. We're going into NO's home and I'm not the least bit pessimistic like I use to be in the past. Before this year I would be subconsciously worried, thinking we have to play our very best and NO play their worst for us to stand a chance. But not this year. I honestly believe we are better and should win this game.

I didn't watch the game, but ESPN is showing the Eagles had 2 turnovers (as did the Saints). Is that wrong (or are you exaggerating for effect)?

5 trips in the redzone and only 6 points from it I believe. Your defense isn't playing better, its just that the Eagles are turnover prone like they always are.

This is not to say our game against you guys will be easier but Eagles imploding in the redzone is something that has happened all season long. You can't continue to give up that many yards a game and think u will consistently win.
