I know people like to knock Edwards but do they actually think Bierman is better? Doesn't really matter one way or another. The real question is whether Edwards and Bierman are better than Bierman and Anderson, and that is a no brainer. |

I would freakin love a Zach Miller signing. I mentioned this on another site yesterday. He's young and would be a great complement/replacement for Tony G.

My guess is we're around 8-9 mil under. 3 mil will go to Grimes and Weems (I doubt we'll sign them before the season). Also this is before 3 mil exemption for veterans which we should qualify for. We can also borrow 3 mil from next year. We can also release Davis and save about 2.5 mil. So we should have around 5-14.5 million left depending on what we want to do. I don't think we're done. |

The problem is that there has been absolutely no buzz on Miller since lockout was lifted which can only mean that he has a verbal agreement with Raiders to stay there. |

I'm happy we made this signing. He's only 26 and he's probably the likely replacement for Abraham in a season or two on the right side. For now we can take advantage of both on each end.
And whoever said they'd like to see us get Miller, I'm in total agreement. It was painfully obvious that Tony G really slowed down last year and while I love the guy this is a business. We need a replacement for him and Zach Miller put up Pro Bowl numbers with literally no one throwing the ball or any receivers to take away a double team.
