Feel good. Edwards' reputation takes a hit because he plays with Jared Allen. So what. Who plays opposite from Peppers? Who benefits from playing with Mario Williams? Who was the hot property that played opposite John Abraham?

My point is this: Edwards is an upgrade from Bierman, JA98, C Davis and Sidbury. And, he is certainly better than any first round draft pick this year.

Our defense just got better.
