Perhaps. better still maybe he was trying to NOT save MM's arse by finding a way to pull this game out despite MMs weak-ass offense.

Yeah well the front office needs to do something to re energize the fan base. They need to make us believe something is going to be different next year and we don't have a first round pick.

Atlanta in general has a very fragile fan base and after all the loses in big games... Well let's jus say the season ticket waiting list may be getting much shorter.

Before this, I was fine with letting Mularkey fade out by getting a coaching job, and thanking him for his time. He needs to be fired, symbolically at least since his contract is up anyway. That's the only way this organization can show this fan base it's acknowledges our frustration. And sorry, firing a Coordinator after getting blanked in a post season game isn't some knee-jerk reaction. Don't let him re-sign. Fire his ass.

I too will not be back until MM is gone. He is the anti-coordinator. Dude is a fucking joke at putting together a game plan. Hell, BVG as well. Might as well shake up the whole damned staff. After these 3 playoff losses in the past 4 years, the front office HAS to see the common denominator... It's really just embarrassing.
