I find this to be disturbing and a little confusing because I think Dimitroff has been named Executive of the year twice so he must be doing something right.

I decided to take it to the boards. How do you think his off-season moves turned out last season.

Here is the list as I remember please add any I miss.

Franchise Brent Grimes . Grade F through no fault of his own but we got no production from a franchise player.

Resign Thomas Decoud. Grade B Decoud and Willie Moore formed one of the best safety tandems in the league and he made the pro bowl. Still wish he did not have lapses in run defense.

Resigns Todd McClure. Grade C. Got to keep your Qb happy by keeping his longtime center but I cannot help but think it hindered the development of some of the younger guys.

Resigns Abe. Grade A. Only consistent pass rush. Compare his numbers to Mario Williams and a smaller price tag and it looks like a great move.

Trades for Asante. Grade A. Intangibles and tangibles.

Picks up McClain. Grade B. Solid pick up.

Signs Lofa Tatupa. Grade F. Injury prone guy not Dimitroffs fault but we could have used more lb help.

Resigning Kroy Biermann. Grade C. Was asked by Nolan to do a lot but I expected more from him in this system.

Resigning Harry Douglas. Grade D. I still think he should have been more productive given the coverages he faced. Plus he did little as a returner.

Restructuring Dunta Robinsons contract. Grade B. really smart move.

Draft is a D so far to me.
Konz
Holmes
Ewing
Massaquoi
Mitchell
Robertson

Well that's how I see it how do you guys see it.

Abraham with an A? LOL! That's a joke. Do you know what Abraham's numbers were in the final 11 games starting with the Cowboys game? 3 sacks and 17 tackles. Do you know what Biermann's stats were over the same time span? 2 sacks and 25 tackles. Do you know what Babineaux's stats were over the same time span? 2 sacks and 23 tackles. I would give Abraham a C. He was great through the Eagles game (A) and then non existent after that (F). That grades out to a C.

But I agree with the rest of your grades.
