If we can cut Ovie and bring him back for cheaper, then I'm all for it b/c that 3.7 million figure is a bit much for a FB

What is his cap hit for next year? How much would we save by cutting him? If we save a lot of money, then I could see us cutting him simply because I doubt we'll utilize the FB as a traditional blocker as much under Dirk. Snelling may not be as good of a pure blocker, but he is good out of the backfield and just a good all-purpose back.
