Look at the Ravens. They call themselves a 3-4 hybrid, but Suggs had his hands in the dirt on almost EVERY play(PFF had the snap count by position for him). We're still going to be a 4-3, Nolan has ran it before, but look for us to throw in different looks. Assuming we bring Abraham back, don't shit your pants when you see him dropping into coverage every now and then.

They run the 46 Hybrid.

I am pretty sure I saw JA55 drop back into coverage earlier in the year and get a pick, not sure if that was regular season or pre though....

I hate dropping him into coverage. I like beating up on the QB.

That was preseason against the Dolphins I think.

Yeah Harbaugh coached under Jim Johnson in Philadelphia, and they ran a great 46 Hybrid for years and years under him and he has brought a lot of that to Baltimore with him.

In a perfect world everybody would run a Multi-look defense, but you need depth and you need a great teacher in order to do it.

I think we've got one of those ingredients, but it's going to take awhile to get the other. Get through this limited draft and then next year we can look at re-tooling the defense.

This offense is only 2 linemen away from being where it needs to be to win a championship. We're going to need a new running back and tight end eventually, but those two positions aren't hard to fill.

That's not a bad thing. What people don't realize is the Ravens are a 4-3 with elements of a 3-4 in it.

You know that Nolan ran the 46 Hybrid when he was there as well.
