Lets forget the division, odds are against us, but in terms of a playoff spot we have no reason not to claim one. Lets re focus and take care of business next week against an inferior opponent.

We just lost against an inferior opponent.

No, I would have to say we lost to a better team today. The team the Texans fielded today was better than the team the Falcons fielded.

Their defense beat our offense more than our defense beat their offense (well our offense beat our offense too but you get the point).

Not buying that. We held them to 17 points, had two defensive TDs nullified by penalties, even if one was a bit crazy, and had so many wide open opportunities to scorch them through the air it wasn't even close to being funny.

This is way more accurate.

This team needs to click. It has to happen. If it doesn't then we don't deserve to win

Not really an either/or thing. If we don't click, we're not going to win when it matters.

Said on the OB that I just have no clue of what is wrong. Just going to stop trying to figure it out and cheer until the last game and get ready for next year.

RE: Falcons lose but...
it's crazy that we've seen one complete game from this core group of players lol...i've been a believer that maybe we didn't have the personnel, and this year I said maybe the lockout hurt us and we'd click later on. I don't know...I won't say anything until the year is over.

I disagree.

QB: Advantage Falcons
O-line: Advantage Texans (By a lot)
RBs: Advantage Texans
WRs: Push
TE: Advantage Falcons

D-line: Advantage Texans
LBs: Advantage Texans
Secondary: Advantage Texans (Again, by a lot)

Have you ever noticed how "inferior" teams who beat us (Cards, Steelers and Packers immediately come to mind) usually go on to make a lot of noise in the postseason? This isn't 2005. The Texans are legit, make no mistake about it.

That said, we had numerous opportunities to beat a superior opponent today... and blew them all.
