We may catch a break with the Houston game, Shaubs hurt
We may catch a break with the Houston game, Shaubs hurt, his foot is hurt, supposed to be out 2-3 weeks. In his place? Matt Leinert.
It would help with the Houston a game alot.

Sucks for Schaub. He's a beast.

RE: Falcons catch huge break
One thing to be aware of, though, is that Houston's success has been based upon their NFL top ranked defense and the 3rd ranked rushing offense. The Texans passing offense is ranked below Atlanta's for the season. Upon further investigation, Schaub's loss may not have as much impact as I first thought.

RE: Falcons catch huge break
Atlanta's defense is stout against the run. If they can limit Foster's day to around 100 yards, which is slightly worse than their 3rd ranked 90.3 ypg, I think they have a good shot at the win.

Foster has 740 on the season. Tate has added 686 himself. In other words, if you limit Foster to 100, you will probably have allowed an additional 80-90 to Tate. Add to that the fact that Andre Johnson, arguably the best WR in the league, is about to return after getting injured in week four, things may be tougher than we originally thought. They have given away 9 of the last 11 to the Saints. As a Saints fan I'll live with that. Knowing that almost 90% of the time it doesn't matter if the Saints are better or not, they will get the victory because the Falcons will lose it to them. You know I am being sarcastic. It was hard for me to acknowledge that the Falcons win any game against the Saints on their own merit, but the fact is that if a team plays bad enough or makes too many mistakes to win, they HAVE been beat. Once again, you know y'all have my respect, but I have never, ever heard from y'all that you got beat by the Saints. It's always that you lost it. Saints Fan Since 1967
