Thank goodness we don't have a bye. He can't interview until the team is out of the playoffs. So unlike the packers game last year, he can gameplay instead of interview with the browns.

Gene Smith is really keen on MM. And there is a lot of connections there that could help that along. Maybe even see Tucker keep his job. It seems as though Mike Smith's coaching tree is starting to put down roots. I believe he is counted as part of the Marty schottenheimer tree by way of Jack Del Rio
