8 Q: Coaching staff, decision been made? A: Smitty; no decisions yet. BVG = Family Decision; MM= 2nd in a life time opportunity (haha took the first offer). Albeit it was a success we set out for US, but we didn't reach them.

Blank follow up: We've done the first year job to be competitive team. I think, I agree, that teams that go to the Superbowl play best in December Jan. I think there are teams traditionally like Giants/Steelers/Colts/Saints/Packers have been in the Elite group. We're not there yet, but thats where we need to make the Step. Good is the enemy of Great, and We ahve to become great. Always a difficult step. Draft sequence/Free agent/Salary Cap, variable things to encourage the notion/fact that all teams can go to a S.Bowl. To be the Elite, we're on the door/knocking, looking in.

Blank is definitely more straightforward than Smitty. Cold hearted. He's definitely the one that shows his frustration more than Smitty and TD.

Dimitroff admits chemistry issues on this year's team, and says he has no patience for a roster that doesn't bring the fire. Thomas now sounds like he is breaking through the company line and speaking more from the gut.

12Q: Dled? (asking a question thats already been asked) A: TD: we're proud of the team we built, again a fine line between having the right amount of chemistry.
Blank: Without naming names, a # of teams that were active in getting "Star: players and lack of time to put together the chemistry (Eagles...hahaha) Connection with players is important, and when you graph unto a body most will tell you, its about the org able to work with the players. Not just quality but Chemistry.
