Blank: shortened off-season, clearly trying to move from a different O-philosophy, and the scheme change was more difficult. In a normal situation you'd see more translation easier then this past off-season. JJ Trade moved the org, not just short term, He's long term. Value of loss picks < Orgs competitive edge.
TD: Quest for explosiveness, was part of the building to take to another Level, but it's important for the Org to make fundamental plays *Catch, tackle, consistency*. Explosiveness wasn't gonna take us to the ultimate goal.
