5 Q: Couldn't hear; A: Smith, he's responsible for the players. I think it was talking about Scheme or Players being the issue.
Blank: We're still raw from the whooping last sunday; The fact we made it to 3/4 playoffs and loss, the Direction we're wanting to go is Positive, but we need to take the next step; especially with the evaluations. Build upon the good, and work on the weak-areas. I'm frustrated more than i've ever been, its not been fun...We'll have a normal Off-season period to decide the FA/Draft better. In my opinion making a scheme change, there's lots of pressure of the nature of the Pick we made, with jones, because of the price we had to make. Very deep set of *something*.

6. TD: We've spent a lot of time on the Roster these past few days on who we Resign and present players on how they fit OUR scheme. matching talent on the field, if you can't you'll lose. We need to continue providing the roster with better talent/developing the players.
Blank: We have a distinct advantage this year, you're bring in two coaches at a high level. The ability of the Coordinators to totally be objective/cold hearted, and putting the best out there. I'd be excited about bringing folks with new/better perspectives on schemes and Player issues. After a certain amount of time with players/schemes its bad for progress; it'll be healthy for fresh coordinators.
