That shit wrinkled my brain. I wonder if MM has a single play with that many possibilities.

I honestly look forward to him utilizing Quiz more than anything so far.

I thought that too. Quiz is similar to Jones-Drew in terms of what they can do (MJD obviously far superior)

MM was more of a sit in a zone type player. Where as this guy seems to let the players keep moving and stretch the field. Koetter has been quoted as not liking the working for short yardage type plays (roll outs and comebacks).

My only question is if he will incorporate the No Huddle and give Ryan a chance to call plays based on what he sees from the D.

Also I hope we use more Quizz and Douglas, then address the OL

One day I might regret it, but today, I say I like the guy, give him a chance!

We don't really have any other option.

I'll be done bitching about it after tonight, but I'm not going to like this hire until I see a reason to like it.

I agree with that line of thinking. But really some of the best coaches spent years in obscurity before getting breaks. And at no stop that he was ever at did I see the talent level that we have here. Besides, if DK can just be a little improvement over MM then we should be straight. We had a good offense last 2 years while being handcuffed as well, so if he is just a marginal improvement it could very well work wonders. He wasn't my first choice, but the FO has made mostly good decisions. So let's just wait and see, we'll all have our answer soon enough.

The one thing that Mularkey did that I do pray Koetter does as well, it's a great tool to have. I'm sure he'll allow it, Ryan excels it. If he doesn't, he should be fired on the spot.
