On plans for draft: "draft is fluid.... set many scenarios.... use picks for players as well as trades...."

On getting Samuel "Denver was involved in talks.... Know that Eagles would've rather have traded him out of conference but we made the deal"

On GM philosophy: "Philosophy is to never be one way, just building through FA or just through the draft.... Always game for trades so no one doesn't think we will make a deal"

On BPA: "Richardson and the 2 QBs are the best players in the draft"

On favorite positions in this draft: "Very strong draft on the DL.... The WRs have a handful at the top that can be a 1 or 2 year 1, and there are a number that can be 3, which is like a starter"

On TY Hilton: "you(Cowherd) have a good eye, he's very explosive"
