Given my reputation as the most lax and tolerant of BS mod on the board, I hope you will take this for what it's worth. Your disrespectful bullshit is getting old, dude. Calling mods ultra sensitive pussies, and attacking your fellow posters on this board w/personal insults and crap that is so TOTALLY unnecessary.... I just don't get why you bother to come here at all. I've seen you have reasonable discourse about FB, but lately I've mostly seen you just be a prick. <-- That's not a personal insult - that's an accurate assessment of your behavior on this board. Go back and compare what I said and what you said to what actually happened in this game, and then you won't have to ask that question. It's pretty great how both the first half and the second half hit home perfectly my points... or as you put it, "bunk conclusions". Good unpredictable plays that circumvented our OL problems, such as dump passes, play-action, instant lateral passes to Julio and Roddy, and more off-tackle runs than inside-tackle runs filled the first half play calling and helped lead us to a cake-walk 27 points. Then, horribly predictable plays and no adjustments at all lead to only a whopping 3 points and kept puting our defense back on the field, almost giving the game away is what made up our second half. |

Funny how those are some of the exact plays I have been mentioning and guess what... we were unpredictable as hell and put up the easiest 27 points we've done so far this year. It was unfortunate that we did not score late in the game but I will take a win over "unpredictable" every day of the week, twice on Sunday. We have been over this. Do you wish to continue to harp on it or move on to something more constructive? Maybe we could talk about how we won this away game easily and are now 2-2 to start the season? How about that we beat two playoff teams in our first four games? Maybe we could even go into our game next week against the defending champions? We should start a new thread though, for sure. This is getting silly and I am not a person who will go back and forth with you about things I consider trivial. Seriously man, we won. Be happy and quit looking for reasons to downplay what we did! |

What gives, Beef? That singular issue with a mod was 2+ months ago and already discussed and settled between the people involved. Nobody was innocent in that incident and since that time I have been on good behavior. There's been a couple small cases since then where I called someone "dumb" and I already told Phocis I would stop doing that and I have. This thread was completely civil with Rad and Coop for 2 pages. Then all of a sudden, Ill and RnB show up and I'm being called a liar and they're just making shit up acting like I said stuff I never said. When someone disrespects me I give it back to them, it's that simple. I didn't call anyone a name. I didn't call anyone stupid. But if someone disrespects me by saying what I said was "bunk" or "drivel", and then I'm proven right while they're proven very wrong, it shouldn't be THAT big of a deal to rub their face in it. Which is all I did. So seriously? Telling someone they suck at determining what constitutes "drivel" is so egregious that you need to call me on it? |

Ted Thompson, Ozzie Newsome, Bill Belichick, Bill Polian, you name them, they've failed epically on some picks. i don't mind the mess up...I mind something not being done about it. Tandy has been saying Baker is our weak link on our line for years...even though I'll give him his props for this game, he even looked pretty good moving laterally. |
