Falcons Bye Week

Bye Week
I wish the #1 seed didn't come with a bye week. The Falcons offense these last 2 games is as great as it's ever been (at least in my lifetime) and Matt Ryan has played the 2 best games of his career. I hope Smitty at least plays all the starters for the whole first half against the Bucs. I just can't help but think back to how the offense has struggled with time off under Smitty. We can't afford to struggle and get off to a slow start in the playoffs.

RE: Bye Week
I think it is pretty likely we see the starters play some amount. How much they play; who knows?

RE: Bye Week
Matt needs to continue his leadership and ask for an additional 30 minutes from everyone this week, and next week, and every week till we're hoisting the Lombardi.

It wouldn't have an impact if it happened every week, it would become the norm. That may happen, or has already happened, but him doing that was just something special for motivation after a tough loss.

Well then Weatherspoon needs to whip out his manhood and meatcopter all week after practice. That will put us over the hump.

RE: Bye Week
I hope we play at least the first half with the starters. We need to not be rusty going into a bye week. I also want to see Matt get the single season record for passing touchdowns. I love Steve Bartkowski and grew up watching him but this should be Matt's record.

RE: Bye Week
I think Moore will take another week off...we will see the starters and I imagine we will see some different plays (things that Koetter may want to try out....that type of thing....)

I hate the Bye week.....Tony G and Ryan need to ask for EVERYONE to give their all....and forget about the week off......

I do think the starters get some rest after half....i think Ryan gets the TD in a season record.....plays a half then sits....
