I tend to agree with the saving something idea. There's such a stark contrast between the "big" games and the rest, specifically with our defense. Our offense will remain inconsistent until Turner returns to form or gets benched. It's too predictable to have him on the field and him not be able to get production. It kills our offense. And then it's somewhere between 2nd and 9 or 2nd and 12. Any offense will struggle sometimes with that.
