Any ideas?

I'm thinking atleast:

Lofton
Grimes
Abe
Weems (ST MVP according to Smitty)
Sanders (really played solid filling in for both roles)

What do you guys think? And anyone have a list of all the FA's?

Lofton, Sanders and Weems. Lofton is the foundation of our defense. Sanders provides intelligence in the secondary. Weems shouldn't fetch a ransom in FA, so he would be a good value for us.

Abe: We all like Abe an respect what he has done as a Falcon. I was very impressed with his play on Sunday. He can be an animal out there. The problem with Abe is that he can no longer be considered a "full time" player. He will get a lot of attention on the free market, especially from teams with desperate defenses. I think that we will be out-bid for his services.

Grimes: We all want Grimes back. I want him back because I prefer CB's that play man-to-man. The problem is that we may continue to use the Tampa-2 extensively. If that is the case, we would be better off putting the money on a play making Safety. The next DC will be the deciding factor. If it is Spags, then we can count on having Grimes for a long time.

Snelling: I really want us to use the WCO predominantly from now on. I think the WCO fits our personel (QB, WR's and TE) best. To that end, I think Snelling would be better for us than Turner. Snelling pass protects very well and he is an excellent receiver out of the backfield......Turner.. not so much.

I saw that.

Also...Hayden...why bring back an injury prone guy? He rarely played in Indy.

The only reason why i listen to this interview was because I wanted to see what Mr.Blank wanted to say... That John Kincade dude tries to hard to be that negative guy from what i heard earlier... I havnt heard 680 in like a year or 2 but dude is just trying to hard

I was just naming him as a backup that wouldnt cost alot of money to keep

Wouldn't get much use either. He was a panic pick-up. No need to keep him.

I'm almost Positive we keep Sanders.

Our Depth at Safety is thin already, and he did a more than adequate job of filling in, and actually made some plays.

I worry about Abraham coming back, after the game he made that tweet about enjoying his time in Atlanta if he didn't return, but he actually deleted that tweet so maybe that means something Smile

What did Weems do to be bestowed with the Special Teams MVP honor? Fair catch the ball? Give me a break.

IDK. He's definitely not a playmaker back there. I wanna see Franks or Douglas returns some punts.

A guy hardly anybody talks about that made an impact this year on ST coverage was Akeem Dent. You play well on ST and coaches, players, and fans notice that.

[Image: 2menybt.jpg] Invest in the trenches with high draft picks and we will see both sides of the ball vastly improve.
