I grew up a long time ago, dude. If you could follow flow of conversation you would understand demonstration as a means of enforcement of conjecture. I have a feeling the sofa was in front of the window. I know that he and his wife totally restored that house in the Garden District. They pretty much picked everything out themselves and did some of the work themselves, as well. They could have bought or built further out but they wanted to live in the city proper.
