How many points did the offense score?

you don't consider a FG an offensive score? it's not like our D got us in those positions lol

They were a lot of ifs on the Bears side too.

what ifs did the Bears have...their D played great, and their offense made one mistake that we took advantage of.

Still, it was mediocre talent like Roy Williams and Matt Spaeth running wide open through the middle of our secondary that was once again our Achille's heel on D.

true - N.O @ home, then the fudge packers, now cutler. Our lbs suck in coverage, Decoud is slow as syrup.

alright...the missed pass was a hell of a miss, but the dude was running for his life, and never turned around to check where the TE was to sell the play. it'll be nice play design if it ever works, but it was bad play design. I don't know what a barely missed pick is, did he drop the ball or did he not undercut?

my whole point with the ifs is, this coaching staff and team has a track record of playing mistake-free football. we were the least penalized team last year, we were top 3 in T.O differentials, and Ryan just got off a 9 INT season. we aren't used to not taking the ball away, we aren't used to giving the ball up. that's why this can be seen as more an outlier than a trend. that's my only point...
