Falcons: 6-0 heading to Philly?

I know we talk about not getting ahead of ourselves as fans but fans are allowed to do that. Players and coaches can't. We all know the 'any given sunday' talk and how true it is in the NFL. But on paper the Falcons are completely better than the Panthers, Redskins and Raiders. It sure would be pretty cool if the Falcons could be 6-0 heading into their bye in week 7 and their next game in week 8 in Philly.

It's possible. The Falcons should win those games. But it's the NFL, nothing comes easy. I do like that 2 of them are at home. Will it happen? Who knows but it wouldn't surprise me at all to be 6-0.

Right anything is possible. But it would just be nice to have a sort of a cushion at 6-0 heading into that Philly game because that begins the toughest part of the schedule.

Week 8 - at Eagles (2-1)
Week 9 - Cowboys (2-1)
Week 10 - at Saints (0-3)
Week 11 - Cardinals (3-0)
Week 12 - at Buccaneers (1-2)
Week 13 - Saints (0-3)
Week 14 - at Panthers (1-2)
Week 15 - Giants (2-1)
Week 16 - at Lions (1-2)
Week 17 - Buccaneers (1-2)

Those first 4 games listed are all going to be tough. That will make or break the Falcons season.

The eagles will be 2-5 and we will beat them. Frankly the toughest games we have left in the toughest stretch are the cards cowboys and giants. The cards are the only ones who scare me but not by much.

Well their D looks tough. Kolb will come back to earth. I do believe we are the best team in the NFL and can beat anyone. I dont remember the last time i felt that way about the Falcons.

The Cardinals defense is scary right now. They've given up the fewest points in the NFL and are 10th in yards given up. They're also 8th best in 3rd down conversion percentage given up at 33%.

Yeah. Cardinals gave up over 400 yards passing today to Ryan Tannehill.
