Seems like an odd time to go mental on this team considering we have 33 wins in 3 years which any team would be happy with.

When was I ever a normal poster though lolllllllllllHuh

I was called a racist hater for years for saying Vick doesnt have the work ethic, the drive, the presence in the pocket ..I had death threats sent to me by pm saying I hate Vick cause im a white KKK member. ..Only to turn out for SWIFT to be right and validate for all my claims towards the great Vick to be right in the long run . I loved the 08; draft outside the Harry Douglas pick over Manningham and thought TD did a outstanding job and thought he set the foundation for years to come with Lofton and Ryan

09' season was a slight step back in the process . Injuries and what not
10' season was as great as a regular season could end in such disappointment I saw coming from a mile away , Dunta Robinson , lack of consistent pass rush a QB in Ryan that cant rally a team from 14 points down, a team that generally has to have things our way to pull out win..Lack of arm on td throw to Jenkins that should have been SPOTTY play calling by Mularkey using a roll out to get 7 yards to attempt a shorter field goal .... from a QB that is light years better then Matt Ryan and a offensive schme that allows Rodgers to flourish

Why cant I look at the glass half empty ...

Ryan is a winner.......(yea so was Vick that didnt stop me from pointing out his flaws)

TD ... turned this franchise around from nothing...funny in 04' we went to the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP game and in todays NFL a franchise can change overnight ..
TD also has not put play makers in place to take the next step ..do we just want to be seen as a solid regular season team or have the talent around to do damage in playoffs..Plus unlike the 08' draft I think TD has done a below avg job building through the draft .

Glass half empty ..

13-3 ..Home field ..3 years in system NO injuries .....WE GET DESTROYED IN OUR BUILDING by a team that has had a ton of injuries and missing there rb and TE .

Most of you homers will say TD will address this . You guys are just hoping he does or he adds . Why hasnt TD addressed this prior.?

who knows if we will ever get back to playoffs under this regimen is it likely I think so but can we take the next step is the bigger question

Just dont call me a troll when

1)Mike Mularkey is fired
2) You turn on Matt Ryan and start to question can he win a big game
3)TD and his draft picks that wind up injured or non productive

RE: Dmitrioff needs to take a Huge HUGE HIT
I hope Swift knows hindsight is 20/20....

No matter how many posts you write about how we Should have drafted this way or that way, it really Will not change a damn thing.

Stop asking for players which won't get brought magically over to the falcons team. Look to the future, a.k.a FA/Draft. If you're so good with making picks how about you send your resume` to TD/Smitty/Blank, and probably a good footnote on that resume "Hindsight". Because you know you're so good at that....

Chevis is the only guy you can really citizen on that list

All we heard about TD is being this great scout half of this fan base TALKS like he can do no wrong . I dont see him as that . His draft picks have ok at best . He has not brought on a play maker that opposing teams can game plan around.

Chris Owens...was a 3rd round pick
Chevis Jackson a 3rd round pick
Perria Jerry a 1st round pick
Sidbury .............. a 4th round project
Harry Douglas a 3rd rounder

all these players future is basically up in the air...you can say to yourself in 3 years from now not one might be on this team ..Thats pretty sad to think from a guy that get touted as this GREAT SCOUT ..he is far from it

Top it off he gave Dunta Robinson a HUGE HUGE CONTRACT ...when do great franchises like the Steelers ever sign HIGH PRIZED free agentd ? Ill answer they dont..THEY DRAFT WISELY

RE: Dmitrioff needs to take a Huge HUGE HIT
it should have been a read flag when he cites "Dmitrioff" as needing to take a huge hit. When I find out who this Dmitrioff fellow is (a Soviet Spy in WWII is my guess), I'll get back to you.

Just dont call me a troll when

1)Mike Mularkey is fired
2) You turn on Matt Ryan and start to question can he win a big game
3)TD and his draft picks that wind up injured or non productive

Let's set some things straight.

1) You never wanted Matt Ryan. You wanted Vernon Gholston - a player you literally referred to as the next Lawrence Taylor. Own it.

2) It was only after Ryan flashed his Rookie of the Year form that you jumped on his bandwagon. When he hit some inevitable developmental speedbumps in his sophmore year, you prematurely jumped off it. Then, you jumped back on following his win against the Ravens this year. Now you're off it again. The whole routine has become a farce at this point.

3) Ryan's endzone INT intended for Jenkins was not underthrown. It was thrown late. Ryan is no doubt inconsistent throwing the deep ball, but it is due to timing and mechanical issues, not arm strength issues.

4) A franchise that wins 33 games and makes two postseason appearances in three seasons does not "change overnight." The only other teams in the league that have also accrued 30+ wins and two playoff appearances over the last three years are the Patriots, Steelers, Ravens, Colts, Eagles and Saints. All of those teams have appeared in a Super Bowl in the last decade. Five of six have won it. We are now in that group of yearly contenders whether you like it or not.

5) For 29 minutes and 50 seconds, the NFC divisional round playoff game was a highly competitive contest. The Falcons were undone after that point by uncharacteristic turnovers, penalties, poor fundamentals and just bad luck. Anyone who points to one poor half of a football game as an example of a GM's failure while ignoring three seasons of sustained success is impulsive to the point of possibly needing medication.

6) I believe the word you're looking for is "regime," not "regimen."

When was the last time the Steelers were in the process of rebuilding just two years removed from a four win season? I'll answer: Sometime in the 1960's.

Try again.

watch this drive if you have any doubts------>http://youtube.com/watch?v=ri1Kl-5YZgY

what we need to do is focus on rebuilding both lines either through free agency or the draft but 2-3 years down the road with a established oline , Norwood and White and Robinson
we will have a offense to hang our hats on..

It's not that hard to figure out what coop is talking about. The first 29 minutes and 50 seconds of the divisional game, it was highly competitive. You know, when neither team led by more than 7. When the both teams led. When there were 2 ties and 3 lead changes. That 29 minutes and 50 seconds.
