Smith's postgame locker room speeches remind me of my company meetings at work. Kind of bland, not very emotional or exciting.

I can imagine his locker room speech after we win the SB:

"Guys, guys, guys. Listen up. We are SB Champions. Every one of you did a great job. Now let's enjoy this, and go home, rest up, and get ready in a few months to get back to work."
